Our Family Discount Plan is a membership program designed to make dental care more affordable for you and/or your immediate family. By paying an annual fee, you receive significant discounts on various dental treatments and services at our office.
The Family Discount Plan costs $249 for the first person, $199 for the second person, and $149 for each additional person.
You can absolutely sign up by yourself! The Family Discount Plan is available to individuals as well as families. There’s no requirement to add family members if you prefer to join on your own.
The Family Discount Plan is valid for one year minus one day from the date of payment.
No, there are no maximums, deductibles, or premiums with this plan.
No, the Family Discount Plan is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person.

No, the plan does not automatically renew and ends automatically at the date of expiration. Patients need to manually renew the Family Discount Plan.
Unfortunately, no. Our insurance contracts dictate reimbursement for procedures, and we are contractually obligated to follow the Explanation of Benefits that your insurance sends us.
We require payment in full for the Family Discount Plan to start the plan. We do not accept monthly payments; however, you can utilize options such as Cherry and CareCredit to split payments up.
